Tacoma Power Parks ban on MDs

Tacoma Power was nice enough to say they also have a ban on MDs unless in specific instances when finding something lost by someone. I think if you post an ad on their bulletin board you can have a valid reason to hunt there as long as you are looking for whatever was lost?
