Tai wan medal that is very malleable ?!?!

Ok so I found this medal it is exactly 1 oz and it is very malleable. What could it be?!? Ps; we scratched it and the whole coin is gold colored throughout it seems. Thank you, Ted

and in Taiwan he is everywhere..coins medals etc....so just some commemorative thing...no big deal, fun to find anyway.
