Tai wan medal that is very malleable ?!?!

Ok so I found this medal it is exactly 1 oz and it is very malleable. What could it be?!? Ps; we scratched it and the whole coin is gold colored throughout it seems. Thank you, Ted

I doubt it could be gold based on the fact of its size. But it's very strange

well of course it is this guy

and in Taiwan he is everywhere..coins medals etc....so just some commemorative thing...no big deal, fun to find anyway.
