BUFFALO!!

Second one this year from the same casino, this time it was [red]1928[/red]. So far this year I have more buffalos than wartime silver! I'll take that any time.

$30 in pennies was quite good too:

1935, 1940-S (2), 1941, 1945-S, 1947-D and a 1968 Canadian

Congrats Immy. More Buffs than war nickels huh.....I hope that trend continues throughout 08.....that would be darn SWEET!!!

I need to get off my butt and check more nickels....I said I wanted to go through about 3 boxes a month (my New Years CRH'ing resolution) and I haven't checked the first one yet. I am after a couple of handfuls of War nicks.

Good luck to you on the next hunt....that casino seems to be treating you right so far..... ;)

Sahara is the only "major" that still does AFAIK, nickels and quarters. Head to the downtown area and Fitzgerald's, Fremont, The Las Vegas Club, El Cortez and the Western not only have coins, but half dollar machines. Binion's just got rid of theirs.

cool, I will have to give them a shot, I dont know that I will have that much time to hunt for coin but it may be fun to try.
I am mainly going for fun and maybe to get some more stores to carry my stuff. But some CRH may be in order.
Thanks,

David
