I'm having trouble identifying this tea cup/determining it's worth. Google comes up short when a cup has no stamp markings. Cup and saucer have the same numerical marker. Anyone have any insight?

Quite an artistic design. I’m guessing from a serious, independent maker; not a weekend potter. The craftsmanship and glazing are very nice. Possibly someone will understand the numerical code. It could be as simple as March 1, 1976 or January 3, 1976 depending where they lived. Good luck!

It'll be hard to say, but if I had to guess I'm thinking, maybe 🤔 Russian or Polish 1950s??. I'm only thinking this, because they seem to use the color red on marks of their's I've seen. It's not fine bone china I believe. The value really wouldn't exceed any more than $10. to $15. if even that imo.
