tejon v's vaquero :ausflag:

i own a vaquero.would there be an advange to acquiring a tejon.i hunt everywhere in all soil conditions.i've heard that the tejon does this and the tejon does that.apart from owning another tesoro,which i now have three of.after talking to people that have a lobo st,i won't be going down that path and i thought the tejon could be my next choice. what is you all opinion on this. hh blowfly [ robert ]

I have both and enjoy the V. However I also like the Tejon with it's depth and dual discriminators. I like to set my primary discriminator low and the second a bit higher and go from there wether to dig or not. I also like the trigger under the box that is for your pinpoint and your switch to check your second discriminator. Another feature on the T is you can set the tone that you like to listen to. i really like the T for relics and woods and the V for the parks. Bothe machines do fine in either place and are great back ups to each other. Hope this helps.
