I found the badge this morning while i was MD in Oak Ridge Tenn.
I goggled the badge but nothing came up in images and it only talked about the C.C.C. In general.
I know the C.C.C. was involved with the building of Oak ridge.
I wanting someone to date this for me,Im hoping it is from the early days of Oak ridge.

The CCC hasn't been around since before WWII, so it dates back at least 75 years. CCC was government make work, WWII started and everyone had a job.

Established by F.D.R. in the time of the depression, the C.C.C. not only provided jobs for the masses that were hit by the depression but its aim was to also to bring back the natural landscape of the country due to building and farming. Not only establishing these nearly deleted landscapes of forrests, but providing places for recreation as well.Enrollies were paid 30 dollars a month to work for this cause and it did help stimulate the economy and save some forrest lands for the next generation, but with WW2 beginning in 1941, efforts had to shift from the protection of these to the war effort. The C.C.C. was thus dissolved in 1942 after about 19 years of operation. BTW a nice buckle.
