Howdy
We went to the river today and took my dachshund. It was hot but the water was cool. Here are some of the funnier(more embarrassing) pictures I did not post in the Artifact section.

It was sooo hot he required his umbrella be set up for him. (He thinks its his boat).

He did decided to get out and stretch his legs and roll in a dead fish : (

OK he then decided to hitch a ride with me.The water was way up after all. He really is a good swimmer though. I swear !


His rescued 1000 +year old finds for the day.

Lol you know thats true. I can head out pulling a 4 wheeler and trailor he does not bat an eye but let me hook up that little boat and he goes nuts. Thanks RGINN

Quite a hunting companion.
There are "weenie dog" races in Bryan sometime in Oct. you need to bring your pal and enter.

I bet that is hilarious. I bet I would not recognise Bryan anymore. I came out there to build Post Oak Mall. I liked Texas so much I stayed a few years. Inherited the dog from my Mom he has been a loyal companion and a lot of fun.

That first picture is hilarious, TnMountains!
Will he hunt for anything besides artifacts?
Weren't those dogs used to hunt badgers or something ?
You're finding some good artifacts and really enjoyed the pictures!

Thank you Fossis....... and~~ Sandcreek. We have been racking up this season on some fun hunts. Yes the dog was bred to kill badgers. He guards and does attack anyone that comes near much to my dismay. He has no idea of his size he is fearless.Its been a great season hunting treasure.
