tent stake

Perhaps he means he threatens vampires with them, and makes them do the work. I hear they are good at finding relics. Oh wait, that would require a wooden stake wouldn't it?

I think he is talking about using a stake for digging holes. I believe modern tent stakes are in a v shape, so I could see how they might work. I would be worried that I would ruin my treasure with it!

I'll stick with my Lesche I think.

Havent damaged any thing yet.

Ok, got that...

But what are you using them for?
Digging? Probing into the ground? Detecting a new area and staking out the targets with those to come back to???
Sorry, you should be a little more specific on here. We're a little dense. ::)

Digging, probing and popping...all three. It is wide enough and shaped in such a manner that you can dig, - Especially easy in boney ground, due to the narrow point, obvious shape for probing, and in lawn, it is killer for popping. Its all I carry, thats all I am saying. You like a shovel or knife or hybrid or whatever else...thats cool with me. This is what I use. It works, its cheap and I really dont care if it gets lost or ruined, because it only costs 50 cents, or better yet...detect a campground and I gaurentee youll get one for free.

lol, I gotcha... no, that's cool! I just wasn't sure what you were using for, because you hadn't said.
Pretty cool though, and I bet really inexpensive. :)

If it works it works. Tough on the palm of the hand though, ain't they?

This works pretty good too.

Not to mention being able to chain your detector to it so the crack heads and transients don't walk off with your detector when you aren't looking. ;D
