I took the Mojave to one of my homesteads today because it's so beautiful outside. This homestead was probably built sometime during the last part of the 1800s. I have never found a coin at this one but have never left without finding lots of stuff. This is one is filled with more trash than any of the other ones I have hunted. Shards of glass, broken pottery, square nails lay all over the place right in plane view. Prime hunting grounds for Tesoros with small concentric coils. I set the disc on the Mojave to just break up on a square nail and dug all repeatable tones. Mojave performed superb and had lots of fun.

I will have my Mojave in a day or two. Wish me luck and good hunting.

Nice going! I just zoomed in on the picture of the ground that you were detecting and saw several nails were on top of the ground. I can just imagine how many nails are were beneath the ground. Pulling good targets out of that nail bed and trash is just amazing!

Always love seeing a whole harmonica reed.
Looks like a fine outing!
