I've had pretty good luck emailing. Sometimes they take a day or two..
They may have some of those patches just laying around. Allen or Rusty may know.

You could have a custom embroidery shop make one.
As long as your having it made for personal use and not selling them
there shouldn't be any copyright/trademark issues.
