I have a question which hopefully I can get answered on this always helpful forum! I have a Tesoro Tiger Shark which has the 8" coil you can detach. If you detach your coil from your machine and turn it on - can you hear anything? Does it run through the battery check beeps or ? I have a machine emitting a constant tone and trying to diagnose if it is a coil issue or a board issue or ? Also - if I'm lucky enough to find anyone with a Tiger Shark AND a Stingray II...can you interchange the white 8" coil? I believe you can and this will help me diagnose between the two machines.
