This gal is laying eggs on one of our easement strips. Usually we see snapping turtles doing this. This one resembles a painted turtle, but is larger (11” x 7”) and has no red/orange markings. Possibly a yellow mud turtle. If you have better ideas, please let me know. 👍🏼
