Beats me. It is the 16th on one side of the river and when it gets to the other side it is on 14th ave,but is still called the 16th ave. Is that confusing,it is to me and I live here. This bridge leads to what is called the Czech Village. There are lions on the bridge and to the Czech culture have a meaning, but I don't know what it is,but found the lions pretty neat on this cold steamy day in Iowa.

Thanks for your kind comments. I think the Lions are pretty neat also. We lived in the village when we were first married 52 years ago yesterday. We lived on the second floor above a dime store. It wasn't much but the rent was cheap and we didn't have much.On Saturday nights are TV was to look out the windows and watch the drunks getting wild on the street. It has changed a lot since them.It is a pretty tame place now days.

I like the picture of the industrial wasteland billowing, and the bridge with the reflection. Nice composition.
Thank you Plehbah for your kind words.
