Not great pictures but you appear to have a "second state" Butcher cover. They are rare. Yours is pretty beat up but I've seen worse. It looks like someone tried to peel the cover off, which rarely works. It would probably still sell for $100 - $150. Maybe quite a bit more on the right day.
