the car wash paid for its selfe

Yesterday i had to go to the car wash ,took an eye ball around the vac and bingo, a 5 dollar bill ,an ear ring ,no marking but the clip is broke off ,it looks like silver, wish i knew how to tell . Best of all among a half dozen pennies i found a 1967 centenial penny with the bird on it , you dont see many around, hoping one day to find the nichol with the rabbit on the back
