The Easter Bunny Came Early!

The Easter Bunny came early this year, or maybe it was just CRHStreetwalker and his array of colorful spray paint haha. Started the week off by driving 40 minutes north to pick up 8 boxes, and they forgot to order, fml, cuz I suppppper downsized my orders this week. Running through my head, "It'll be okay, got another 7k to pick up Thursday". Pull up to my first bank today, go up and hand the teller 3k cash, she informs me they only have 2k worth -_- grrrrr fine. Go on to the second bank of the day to pick up 4k, they didn't get a shipment this week and only had 2k lurking in the vault -_-, FINE! I'll take them. Get home with my depressing 8 boxes, which is the lowest volume week I've had in over 8 months! Bust out the first 4 cubes, nothing -_-. 2 flats in, nothing -_-. 7th box had a nice '64 ender, box ended up giving 6 90%'s, 1 40%, and a '64 ender. The last box showed a '65 ender, and ended up giving up another 5 40%'s. Best week I've had in 4 months (How depressing). Luck for me I have a bank that will be getting me 6k a week for the next 7 weeks, and then bumping it up to 8k a week after that . Should definitely help to pull a huge chunk from the pallet. Anyways, the 2 boxes that produces silver for me were also full of these beautiful Easter colored halfs haha.

wow you have a bank willing to order you 12 boxes a week for 7 weeks and then 16 boxes a week after that?

There;s nothing wrong with that as long as the bank tellers and manager are OK with it, but newbies: don't try this at home.

Omega your area seems like it's terrible for halves. The amount you search and numbers you pull are awful. Good for you for sticking it out . Hopefully it picks up for you.

He said he could get me even more as long as I pick them up within 2 days of him reciving them. I'd get more, but I don't want something to come up where i have to tie up a few grand in jewelry, and then can't pick up the coins, so 6k is a stable number for me, for now. I wonder how high we'll get eventually hahaha. Now, I just need to figure out how the hell I'm going to carry 12 boxes out of the bank.

Ehh, it could be worse, I've found silver every week for the past 8 months, and so far this year, my lowest week was $40.00 worth of silver. Averages out to $95 a week for this year. I was at $145 a week last year, but that was including teller tray find and a lot more CRH road trips lol.

Wow he gave you 2 days to pick them up? thats pretty sweet, maybe do half one day, half the other day... I would do that, and have done that for 8bx orders, as I try to avoid multiple "trips" between the car/bank for picking up halves. dumping I dont mind as much for whatever reason.

I once tried ordering from a bank about 45 minutes away from me, and they said they could do it, as long as I could be there to pick them up within A HALF HOUR of delivery!! WTF? A half hour, Who could make that kind of commitment, even if they lived next door, something could come up and not be around to wait by the phone for a bank to call you.

They even spraypainted a magicians half for me to find!

I'll pick them all up in one day, I'm only doing 2 pick ups a week now, Monday and Thursday. Monday I have to go to 2 branches, to get 8 boxes from one, and 6 from the other. Then Thursday I just have to go to this one branch to get 12 boxes. So nice! Only problem is dumping, been having issues, so I need to keep them boxed and rolled so that's a set back.

Im at 23 boxes a week, and pickup thurs/fri. I pickup from 6 banks My largest is 6(x2). and lowest is 1bx... ugh haha, its a good thing that bank is on the way to my one 6x pickups, otherwise I wouldnt bother going that far for 1 box lol.

I used to have it pretty good, but its so spread out now, and just waiting to keep crumbling down, with no real alternatives to take(sounds like this country these days huh), unless I wanted to switch up supply pools... which maybe ill have too eventually, who knows.

Yo man, just wanted to edit this is... be careful out there... I know I would feel real insecure if I wasnt carrying a firearm on me at all times and walking out with that kinda cash... hope you carry mace and knives etc... dunno what crazy laws are in CA but just protect yourself man, theres alot of desperate people in this country, and its only getting worse by the day.

Thise damned easter egg colored halves infiltrated my area this week- I didnt notice so many of them as I was hunting last night but man as I was dumping today they where all over the place- my 4yr old was with me and she kept wanting to save them all lol
