The good: 4 silvers (all mercs) '19, '42, '43d, '44; 12 wheats (a new personal best/one day record!! YAY!!) '10, '18, '39, '40 (x2), '41, '42d, '44d, '45d, '50d, '50s, '51d; and $7.92 in clad (28 quarters, 5 dimes, 2 nickels, and 32 cents (27 copper and 5 zinc)). The '19 merc is in excellent condition (full split bands), which is nice as you don't normally find teens era mercs in this shape...also, the '42 merc was found only 1/2" deep in undisturbed ground!! First time THAT'S ever happened to me...

The bad: This marks the THIRD time since getting my E-Trac that I've found 4 silvers on the same day. While I finally broke my all time one day wheatie record, I can't seem to dig more than 4 silvers to break my all time one day silver record...oh well, it'll happen eventually I'm sure...
The ugly: 12+ hours of digging in 96 degree heat with a heat index of over 100 degrees (I did take a 1 1/2 hr lunch break, but that was it)...Total time out yesterday was 13 1/2 hrs (includes the 90 min lunch break; started @ 7am, dug the last target @ 8:30 pm)...
Not sure if I wanna brave the heat again today...pics below. Enjoy!!
