Got out to one of my forts this afternoon and battle the skeeters and 94 degree heat. I was able to pull out a cloth button ring and a shot musket ball. Then I got kind of a scratchy signal and pulled out a cuff sized 1 piece Artillery button with a Scovills back mark with stars. About a foot from that hole I pulled out a dragon 2 piece cuff size button. The back mark is unreadable. Thanks for looking!
