I posted a photo of this in my Corundum thread, but I feel it deserves some attention all it's own. This was mined out of a mountain stream here in the Appalachians. The gem cutter about fell out of his seat when he saw this one. This one might actually go into the personal collection.

that's pretty...awesome. wish we had mountains in Michigan, seems like a requirement to find cool things made under pressure.
