Sometimes to much exposure is not a good thing. We've been turned down lately because the owner said she had seen what we do on TV ?

Typical comment by an archie. Sorry, but if someone finds a GW button, it still has significant historical value, even if there's no archie around to "catalog" it.

What’s the historical context if an artifact is dug by a dozer and relocated and covered by concrete?

Exactly! The archies have had 200 years to unearth anything historical in this country, but they've done jack squat. Anything on public property that's legal to detect is fair game in my book! Your time is up, archies! It's mine now, all mine!
