Along with the 1799 Britannia and the 1798 8 Reale I found this assortment of goodies. I have always wanted to find a crotal bell and I found that early in the day. At this point I thought that it was a successful hunt. Then we switched locations and the rest is history.

The two coppers are completely stripped of detail. The silver dime is 1958 (1st find of the day). The pewter spoon piece I thought was pretty cool. I am not sure what the copper plate is...it may be a buckle but there is no detail on the front.

Great finds. I can't blame you for saying the rest of the stuff. It could have been 100 mercs and 50 Walkers and tons more and not matched that great old coin.
