:hello:

I love reading your posts, and seing the great finds and scenery that you have :notworthy: Amazing finds again, I'm certainly looking forward to see what further finds come to light :o

The Curved Broadhead Arrow, (Medieval broadheads) could be made from steel, sometimes with hardened edges. They usually have two to four sharp blades that cause massive bleeding in the victim. Their function is to deliver a wide cutting edge so as to kill as quickly as possible by cleanly cutting major blood vessels, and cause further trauma on removal.

A very nasty Arrowhead....but that's war,

Keep it up :icon_thumleft:

After less interesting posts I was lucky to find something special seems to enjoy them and share them with you...
It's really a special arrow...When we detected an approximately 6-7 inch I was very surprised to see that the edge was still intact...
All that area is interesting and very small layer of soil is an area where very strong wind could not make much sediment layer. But there is also quite clayey and rocky soil...
I do not know if we could make detections there because when I have found the ring officials and archaeologists have gone there before and it is possible that the area be declared archaeological site and then by the romanian laws we can not be allowed go there...
May I hope in future to find something and have the opportunity to enjoy the photos here...
Until then SS I wish you the best and good luck to detections :hello:
