The SNOW is melting.....WOOOHOOOOOO!!!

Ten days ago we got 20 inches of snow here in NE Missouri. The mile long lane from the county road back to our fam has been buried under 4 foot drifts and still will be for a few more days. BUT the snow is melting...that means fields will be washing, creeks are already running. Only a matter of days and I'll be able to get to my hunting spots.

Shed deer antler hunting, arrowheads, miles and miles to hike. CANT wait.

I hear ya Archer found myself watching the snow melt today in hopes for muddy fields we will have to see what the end of the week gives up looking forward to the start of another season .

I hear ya myself and mad.co.walker couldn't wait any longer and decided to go this morning. There was about ten percent dirt showing and the rest was still snow covered. But we just couldn't take the cabin fever any longer. It wasn't a very productive day though. I found one tip but mad.co.walker however found two good scrapers and a broken point. Didn't have a camera with us so no pics. It sure felt good to get out. All I can say is shine sun shine. Hope to go back to the same field later this week when all the snow melts. HH
