Hello,
I finally found some goodies under the docks in my hometown.
The highway into town terminates about 200 yards over the saltwater on a 100+ heat old pier. As a youngster, friends and I would play under the acres of docks at a low tide. A glass factory was next door, fishermen sell their harvest above, and 5 generations of townsfolk have recreated on the planks overhead.
This wasn’t my first venture under the docks for treasure. I have slipped under there w my machine to hunt in the past, but with minimal success. Lots of large chunk s of glass, old thick pottery, otter tracks, and sea sponges.
The low tides this week have me another chance and after an hour in the shade of the pier I found a good target. A 1944 Canadian penny! This was a very low spot on the beach. Usually my finds are much higher up, but the nature of a pier is different than a normal beach.
Soon, I was nickel territory. 2 war nickels, a buffalo, a 1941 Jefferson. Wow, I was on a older little patch of dirt! Then the dimes started. 3 Rosie’s and 2 mercs. The older silver was completely crusted. I popped a walker half, and Washington too for good measure!
I am so happy to find these treasures under my hometown dock! I will always cherish them.
The next day was not as full of silver, but I found a old Seattle dog tag, and a brothel token!
Thanks everyone. Maybe I’ll snag a gold coin someday

So, I see this is a common brothel fantasy type token - but I want mine to be a legitimate Wild West drop. Any thoughts on the token?
Ok, now I am saying “thank you” for reading!
