Hit a couple of parks with my new md'ing buddy from the neighborhood. Yesterday's park coughed up $3.68 in clad, a bullet fob or pendant, a token of some sort, and two rings.

One ring is aluminum and the other is 925.

Went to a different park this morning and I squeezed out $2.80 in clad, a 1960 Canada penny, a good lighter, an earring and a big assed gold ring!

The earring is stamped 925 and the ring is stamped 10k. It's pretty thin and only weighs just over 4 grams. That thing looked like it was going to weigh 20 grams down in the hole!
First gold for the year, I'm stoked!

Very Nice!!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

Congrats on the gold and silver.
You're right about the look of the ring one would think it would have had more weight to it.
Still it's a $100 find just in scrap.

Congrats on your finds Keep on digging
