Greetings, We've probably all received e-mails about our birth year before...

but this has a different format. It is cool....Try it.

Click on the website. Two little boxes will show. Click on the first one that says 'my birth year'.

Then hit backspace and it will clear so you can type in your birth year.

Then click on the one with the ' ? '.

Then, sit back and see what it says.

Re: The Year od Your Birth

Someone posted that a while back. Very interesting to see all that.
I share a birth year with Ralph Fiennes, Jim Carrey and Tom Cruise.

Re: The Year od Your Birth

Nice link there  Mine was pretty interesting to read, but I was amazed that it mentioned a great person was born this year, one that would be looked upon by the masses as a very entertaining and enlightening person... Then a mirror popped up  That was way too cool :headbang:

Re: The Year od Your Birth

Now wait a minute Ray.

All this chit that's happened since 1955, is NOT my fault. :tongue3: :laughing7:

I think Spart did it. :icon_thumright:

Re: The Year od Your Birth

"The world was a different place."

Ya think?!? :o

"The American economy is on the upswing"; "reconstructions in Japan", anti-(anyone not American) and Congressional hearings, etc.

Scary how history repeats itself ...

I believe that those of us born in the thirties are called the lost or forgotten generation.Bob

Re: The Year od Your Birth

It told me this:

There was no Google yet. Or Yahoo. Or Forum.treasurenet, for that matter.

No TreasureNet? Ack! :help:

Mine started like that too, but it just got better :laughing9:

Yeah Mine started that way too, then it said the top selling movie that year was "Gone With The Wind" The best selling
book was "The Grapes Of Wrath" by John Steinbeck, and the Hewlett=Packard Company was founded.

That was the year that Radar was invented and also Kodachrome. John Howard and Tina Turner were born that year

and the first "Batman" comics came out on the market. :hello2:

That was a 'productive' year. LOL.

Yeah JWL, maybe Spart did do it. Do you spose? :icon_scratch: :laughing9:

The Hindenburg died the year I was born. Frank

Hello, Frank, We must be the same age, I saw that also. It said the Hindenburg exploded above Lakehurst,
NJ. Also the helicopter was invented that year.

One other thing, though, I was surprised to see it mentioned there was no Treasurenet forum at that time.
I got this one from an email and there was no mention about Tnet earlier. They somehow slipped that in. LOL.
