There is silver under them pull tabs!

So I have decided to clean up the pull tabs out of a wooded spot that has produced some older coins. Today I scored two Merc's, two Wheats one is a 1909 VDB, a 1941 one Franc and a button. The button has an eagle holding an anchor with 13 stars. The back says Philadelphia Horstmann. Any help with the button identification is appreciated! Happy hunting y'all SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!!
