There's gold in that their sand!

After 2 years hunting, finally, a gold bracelet! I have 2 silver bracelets thus far. I'm about 7 rings shy of 100 rings (gold & silver) total. Gotta LOVE this hobby.

I have a theory....I live by a lake. The ground is dirt, sand, rocks and sometimes, the kiss of death.....clay! I have been testing out if it is worth it to dig the junk, or NOT. The answer, drum roll please, WORTH IT. I have this stretch of beach that is about 80 years old. Twice a week I have been hunting the one foot of ground from the water line and pulling everything! As the water recedes I continue to clean from the water line back up the beach area. I have been trying this for about 3 weeks. I have found 3 wheaties, 1 ring, 1 gold bracelet, and 3 earrings.
