They didn't leave much after the CTH2

I went back to the CTH2 site and hunted for 3 1/2 hours. I looked across the field just visualizing every one hunting. With a smile on my face I started swinging. After while with not much luck I decided to go over where Jaunmoretime found his nice button. You missed the small broach.


I then went over to where they 15 lb Chinese coin was found and I found what looks to be an old brass ring.

The pottery pieces I thought was neat. I have collected cans and jars of them.

You didn't leave much to find but you did leave the best part, lots of memories. Thanks

oh man! The only thing I can see is the brooch! Glad you finally got a chance to detect it though and yeah....the memories are definitely the best find from CTH2!! I miss you all so very much...it was a great time and something I will remember the rest of my life! Thanks for helping to make it possible for me! love you guys! ~hugs~

I bet after those deer gnats got their bellies full a few weeks ago, they went into hibernation, Burdie. A memory I won't soon forget!

I'll have to let gunsmoke know about the ring.That was my signal and he started digging and after that 15lb chinese token came up,I left and that's when everyone came to help dig the rest,and dig they did.Great find on the brooch.This has really been a good week for you.It was 80 here today with a breeze,beautiful day,hope you can get out again.Let's see,you have a XT70 and juanmoretime has a DFX?Ummm!
