(I WAS WATCHING ANTIQUES ROAD SHOW AND SAW A RAM BRACELET BEING APPRAISED, THE GUY CALLED IT "CLASSICAL REVIVAL" SO I GOOGLED CLASSICAL REVIVAL BELT BUCKLE, AND A BUCKLE ALMOST IDENTICAL TO MINE POPS UP DATED 1850S......I KNEW IT WAS OLD, NICE TO HAVE SOME IDEA, THANX FOR EVERYONES INPUT!)The emphasis turned from Rome to Greece as the Greek Revival style developed around 1820 to 1860.
