This is an odd pin perhaps??

Found an old dump behind my house detecting. After bout 1 1/2 of digging only came up with this. It kinda looks like a pin? It doesn't function like actual scissors cause it doesn't separate in the middle. Any ideas??

With the clasp the way it looks, I also am going to say hair piece. I have found a ton of different ones underwater with the same clasp design.
