This is what it takes to move placer deposits. Neat video.

Those guys sure know how to build a dam. I couldn't believe it was still standing after taking a beating like that.

I thought it had to be an ice flow the way those boulders were going over the top, until the water level began dropping. I've never seen boulders moved like that! Insane.

Yes sir, PERFECT for the guys with the Bazooka sluices!!!!!! Plenty of water & no need to classify out the big stuff! A dream come true. Probably go with the heavy plastic & larger grates? :headbang::happysmiley:

Reminds me how much I hate screaming concrete.

Just goes to show how much a stream or river can change after a spring melt off or a high water occurance after a good rainstorm. Things constantly change when water is envolved! LOL!

Holy Moses! That a intense! So intense if I were a greenie I'd say there much be a dredger upstream. Lol. Great video find!

sweet, LMBO and man thinks it has the power to control ther environment
insane movement of boulders

th
There goes all my GOLD!!!

Look at the banks that appears to be a regular occurance. How many 6" dredges you suppose it would take to move that much material in that amount of time.

Please sign the petition banning the senseless acts of random destruction and nature violence inflicted by mother nature at a local Subaru dealership near you! Thank you, that is all!

What they didn't show you was the giant sluice they had built into
the channel between the dam and the river. Might be one hellofa
cleanout!

Either that, or they're standing there thinking "Why didn't I
build that sluice like my wife suggested!"
