I'm being asked what this is. My best guess was a bread or baking mold of some sort.

Makes me think of a flower frog.

Okay, I posted this 2 different places and the overwhelming majority of posters say that it's a grinder either for tobacco or herbs.. sounds good. The person who asked me to identify it for told me "you're close, it's an ice crusher".. This sounds believable but I'm not closing the case just yet because I can't find another.. I also can't find a similar herb or tobacco grinder. If anyone can find a pic to back up either claim I would have to say that's what it is.

2 items, fit inside each other. I was trying to figure it out without asking for more pics because I didn't find it necessary.

Matt, I didn't ask. From everyone's experience from looking at 'things' I found it safe to assume that when put together it's the approximate size of a soup can.

I'm waiting to hear back on if the pieces can turn when out together or if the tines prevent that as I'm guessing.

Well it turn out that I was being tested which I guess means that we all were on this one! I was just sent a pic of the top. Strange that none of our searches came up with this item. It's indeed an ice crusher. We all learned from this one. I'll mark this solved when I get to a PC.

Thanks everyone who tried to solve this.
