To begin with I have added my new hunters to the hobby. Although they call it " Papa Mike lets go dig a hole" I took a photo of their finds but they have put them away and I'll have to wait until I see them again to get that photo up, but they had a ball.
But this weekend I went to a hunted out park and hit the jack pot. I found my first silver quarter, and my first mercury dime, with 5 wheat pennies. I found a medal car that appears to have come off of a trophy from back in the 50's and a cool old Chevy emblem, then while digging I come across an old med. bottle. Then the usually hand full of clad, with one of those being a Kennedy half. At the end of the day, we headed toward the front of the park, stepped out of the truck and about 4 foot in front of the truck I found the 10K Italy Gold Bracelet, that weighed 28.6 grams (diffidently my best day)! I love this hobby! MXT come through again.
