Detector(s) used
Bounty Hunter - QuickSilver
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Hello all,

Trying to get used to my detector. It has done pretty well so far. This is the finds from one week at 4 different places. The best place was an old baseball field next to an old defunct school.

No old coins, all clad. The oldest I found was a 59 lincoln and a 65 Washington.

Thanks for looking!

Thank you everyone. It's so much fun to find this stuff, yet very easy to get discouraged when you don't find the old stuff. I'll keep on going.. too addictive not to! Just hope to find an oldie sooner or later!

When that detector just becomes a extension of your senses you will be able to find really good stuff.

I had a old Tesoro Bandito 2 and I got to the point where I could call what coin I was about to dig. I could do it with about 90% accuracy. I even went to a hunted out park and pulled all kinds of turn of the century coins (1890's -1900+) and one cilvil war era eagle button. I assure you it will come with persistence and a patient wife ;D. That is if you have a wife. I mean hours upon hours of hunting then it will seem to just start to flow.

Good luck and happy hunting.

nice job, all that clad adds up!

Learn your machine and you will go far !
Again great finds and keep up the good work.
