This won't last (Folly Beach, S.C. Hunters ONLY)

on here I'm sure, but here goes. I'm looking for a beach cottage for June the 16th through the 22 at Folly Beach, S.C. I need something a md'er would recommend, and time is short. I have my wife talked into it if I can find something in the $1,000 to $1,200 range today, she'll go there this summer. It'll be three of us, me my wife and 9 yo son. I'm seeing crazy stuff online. Is everything down there really high? We normally stay second row at Wrightsville Beach, N.C. for like $1,200 a week including tax, and that's with maid service daily. DON'T SHOOT ME FOR POSTING THIS! I'm desperate!!
