All Treasure Hunting
I went to the beach this last Sunday and managed to hit a spot that hasn't been hunted in a while. I hunted for about 6 hours and had a record amount of coins (141) nickels (26) and dimes (27) along with 2 silver rings, a silver earring, silver broach, squashed penny souvenir, a 1942S wheat penny, a Canadian penny, and a crusty maglite along with about 30 pull tabs and the typical can slaw and stew from the bonfire crowd. As you can see, the coins came in all colors of the rainbow from orange to green to blue. Some have been in the ground quite a while as some are completely encrusted and others have eroded to the point of being unreadable, and in the case of 3 pennies, unidentifiable, even as to type. I can't believe that with all the nickels and pull tabs I found that there wasn't a gold ring in the bunch. Maybe next time!
