I found a crushed earring that had black stones like that one. As a lark, I tried my diamond tester on them. Lo and behold!
They were! Jeweler agreed!

I actually only have one day of work left, and then I'm on vacation from Friday to the following Sunday! Be headed up to a large lake in Central Idaho. Lots of beaches. Found a few rings last year, but nothing awesome... couldn't get in the water though, with an ACE350. Looking forward to the AT Pro action!

I do feel like I'm on fire this year. Two-plus gold rings a month, and not one of them from water... Just blows me away what gets lost...

Sweet, I am sure you are going to find a great deal more than when you used the ACE. Keep us posted, on your finds that is, not the modeling thing.
