My wife gave me a 'hall pass' to go out and detect all day today! 
I don't know what I did to make her so happy . . . though I did have a couple of glasses of wine last night! 
Headed back to my favourite park for 5.5hrs of hunting today. I decided to redo an area I had already covered last fall with my Ace 350, all I found then were modern coins. This time I have the At Pro and my detecting style has improved considerably since last year. The first item of interest that I found was the fancy key ring; it appears to be made of copper and bronze. It's marked 'Made in Italy' at the very top and there's some printing on the back that I can't quite make out.
As usual, I'm digging tons of pennies; a lot of them are older ones from the mid-1940's onwards. Of course, when you're digging lots of coppers, silver eventually shows itself and today I found three more Silver Dimes from '44, '53 & '64. I few hours later I was digging yet another copper when out popped this Sterling Silver Ring, this is my first silver ring of 2012 and it weighs 7.8g! 
Total cash found today was a tad over $5.00.
The last picture I've posted here is of the eight silver dimes I've found here in the past three weeks!
