So I was recently on a road trip, going through Alabama. I stopped at a thrift store and was looking through their junk jewelry bin when I found this adjustable choker for $4.99. It turned out to be 14 karat gold and weighed 15.7 g. It was stamped 14K, but I also had it tested later. It’s the real deal. One very happy camper here! 9935418C-D30F-40F2-AA4D-6FE1DA96BF59.webp9935418C-D30F-40F2-AA4D-6FE1DA96BF59.webp

Great Find!
Those thrift stores can be THE place to find those not-so-obvious treasures...!

I once found and for $8 bought a small wooden pocket box, containing small vials of mineral specimens,
including quartz pebbles, with bits of yellow GOLD exposed...! To me, it too, was well worth the purchase...!

Good eye... marks can sometimes be in a spot on something where most wouldn't normally look.
