I have a friend who found a 2 piece button, one uniform and one cuff, in a CW camp outside of Goldsboro, NC. He said it has a large TI on the front. Does anyone have a clue as to what this may be from. One friend said it may have been Turlington Institute in Kinston, NC. It does have a Waterbury backmark. Any ideas or leads would be appreciated. I can't find anything on the net referencing the Turlington Institute. Thanks again.
