I am down at the beach for memorial day weekend and took a spin by the local Catholic Church thrift store. Extensive jewelry collection and it is segmented by good pieces and costume. Everything was overpriced in the good area. I then checked out the costume jewelry and saw these earrings which I thought looked familiar. They reminded me of Paloma Picasso and when I turned them over, BANG, Tiffany & co marks along with the Picasso collection name. They were $3 with a $1 off this weekend so $2 total. Very collectable and worth $60-$200 I guess although they need a good cleaning. They sure missed this one. I also picked up this 1/20th 12 kt gold chain. It is an unusual chain type, supper heavy and of exceptional quality. Paid $8 but it must have a scrap value of $40-$50 based on my estimate of the weight 50g. I'll have to weigh it when I get home.
