Tiger Shark assembly

putting my new Tiger Shark together, there are 2 rubber washers in the parts bag and I have no clue where they go! Any one seen this? Can't find them in the manual anywhere. Store is closed or I would call them.

just a guess, maybe at the connector where the stem meets the coil?
