Timberwolf headphones

How do you take off the pads on this headphone, or do you just tear them off?? One side quit working and I want to try to fix it. Thanks for any tips

It's worth a phone call. I would not mention that fact unless they ask you.

I emailed them and was told they are not a distributor of Timberwolf and that the company that is nearby had gone bankrupt or something like that. Thanks anyway for the info.
