What are the words in the lower left hand panel? What is the brand of clock? What, if any, markings (symbols, letters or words) are on either the back or bottom?

On the right, appears the bell is missing, ( what the hammer would have hit) As already stated any marking on the clock?? Size would also help, Appears to be a bank from the photos so far.

What you have is a fancy Rube Goldburgh (not a brand, just a phrase to describe a complex item that looks complicated, but accomplishes very little.) piggy bank/alarm clock. I saw one years ago. The bell is missing. I believe it was a bank giveaway back in the 1920-30's time period. Must have been for very good depositors...
