Timekiller's first fall hunt starts on the (cob) trail!!!! (Yeh Baby)

Folks just getting in & need to get cleaned up & eat,but thought I show you guy's my first hunt of the fall.It started with a old ring & ended with a Cob.Once I eat & get cleaned up & get the finds cleaned I'll post better pics. But my first hunt in couple months now & the first of the fall it's looking good for a ending of the year if the finds keep coming like today. Iren has worked her magic as far as washing the banks away.So all is looking Good.

Man I am envious of those finds!!! I love finding old flat buttons but we don't find many around these parts. Cool Cob as well

Sorry it's took awhile to get back but we've got company over tonight staying with us for the sea food festival. Anyway got them cleaned up.The finds came from three sites I hit today.Really like the pendant too as it has 1830 across the bottom.The ring is cool but can't find no writing on it. But it's got age as well where it came from.But of course the cob was the find of the day and makes #3 for me now.

No I did not find that one.A buddy of mine that comes down & detects & fish with me gave me it.Came from the 1715 Plate fleet & was found around sabastion inlet florida.The bezel was made from a guy that melted down a big 14kt gold anchor charm who makes his own molds & casted it.Then had the diamond eye put in later.As far as the one just found by me it was from a colonial site likely a port back in the day & has turned up milled coins,cobs,coppers & very early relics.
