✅ SOLVED Tin Man ?? Any clue??

We found this man made out of tin it has a loop on the which looks like it came off a necklace, also it have a hoop through each hand and it even has lines put in for fingers does anyone have any clue?

Its silver I can tell from the picture. No idea on function, but the hallmark will give you a location & date.
