Quick 2 hour hunt in the rain this morning and I found 3 things I'm very happy with, a very large bullet, a tiny militia button (at least according to what it said on the internet), and a copper that's so toasted that i just put it in olive oil in the hopes some detail will miraculously appear, lol. Any info anyone might have on the beautiful button or bullet would be much appreciated. I'm trying to get out as much as possible before everything freezes up. The bullet doesn't have any rifling marks on it so I think it's old. It's 1 and 1/8 inches long and weighs 25 grams and has a diameter of about .480 inch. Oh, I almost forgot, the button is 14 mm in diameter.
