I know it isn't actually a vase but it looks sort of like one. I found it at a house roughly 1820-1860 (or something like that but I don't really know for sure) that is now an apple orchard. Thoughts? Thanks.

Found a nearly identical one about 8 years ago. I think the consensus on here was that it was the end result f a rod - like for a curtain or flag or something. I’ll try to find the thread.

I agree its a brass final to something, not sure what but most likely 19th C.
